• Master's degree in a relevant field and professional project management certification.
• Approximately 8–12 years of experience in project, program or transformation management.
• Proven track record delivering complex transformations in international settings.
• Affinity with IT, data, digital and AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation projects from business case through implementation and value realization.
• Manage cross-functional teams and align business, process, technology and change activities.
• Drive projects across operating model, process optimization, change, IT, data and AI initiatives.
• Establish governance, planning, budgeting, risk management and reporting structures.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and advise on lifecycle outcomes.
• Ensure delivery within scope, budget and timelines and realize intended benefits.
