Job summary

ING is seeking a Business Consultant for the Expertise Team reconciliation in Amsterdam. You will join the change sub-team delivering on regulatory reporting within the Reconciliation-as-a-Service framework, managing end-to-end journeys from requirements to deployment.

You should bring 2–5 years as a Business Analyst/Consultant, knowledge of reconciliation and bank operations, plus fluency in English. The role offers hybrid work and growth in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Academic or Master degree and fluency in English.
• 2-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or project manager.
• Knowledge of Bank operations and/or Reconciliation.
• Product knowledge on Financial Markets and/or Treasury.
• Knowledge of systems such as Intellimatch, Duco, Murex, Sophis or Summit is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end a reconciliation journey from requirement gathering, building, testing and deployment.
• Lead stakeholder interactions and continuous learning to stay ahead.
• Guide business stakeholders in refining control objectives within the RaaS model.
• Identify and manage risks and help build business resilience.
