QuantWare is seeking a Science Communications Manager to own how the company explains its VIO technology to physicists, customers, analysts, and press. You will produce whitepapers and narratives, ensuring every technical claim is accurate and defensible.

You’ll collaborate with lead engineers and the VP Marketing to tell compelling stories. You will co‑write peer‑reviewed papers, lead grants writing, and produce technical content across multiple formats, while ensuring messaging aligns with

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or comparable field with 3+ years in technical or science communications, or PhD with 2+ years comms experience.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify hard technical material without inaccuracies.
• Fluent, publication-quality written English; Dutch not required.

Responsibilities

• Co-write and edit peer‑reviewed papers and preprints with R&D teams.
• Lead technical writing on proposals to government and funding agencies with leads and managers.
• Create whitepapers, explainer videos, blog posts, and conference material.
