Job summary

Wipro Limited is seeking a Project Manager (Engineering Delivery) to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives. You will coordinate 4-5 backend engineers and liaise with stakeholders, architecture, and vendors to ensure projects meet objectives within a hybrid working model.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and PM certification preferred. You will manage budgets, risks, and governance across the full lifecycle of technology delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
• PM certification (PRINCE2, PMP, MSP or equivalent) preferred.
• 5+ years' experience delivering complex technology or transformation programmes.
• Experience managing software development, cloud, infrastructure, platform, or integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex technology initiatives with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Coordinate planning, tracking, governance and reporting across the full project lifecycle.
• Manage stakeholder communications, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Collaborate with vendors and delivery partners to ensure integration and implementation success.
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives, architecture standards, security, and operations.
