What will you do
As a Program & Resource Manager, your aim is to ensure our project management and engineering teams (ca. 25 people) are optimized and aligned with our ambitious product roadmap. You will be the ‘spider in the web’ for both the Bugaboo and Joolz brands, translating the long‑term product vision into clear resource requirements and actionable plans.
Reporting to the Project Management and Engineering Director, you support management in trade‑offs, prioritization, and decision‑making regarding cost, resources, and business opportunities. Your role balances complex scheduling with human capital management through structured processes and data‑driven insights.
Moreover you will be responsible for:
- Resource Planning: Manage and monitor the capacity of a 25‑person multidisciplinary team, identify bottlenecks, and propose alternative scenarios.
- Roadmap Coordination: Maintain the product development roadmap for Bugaboo and Joolz, ensuring resource requirements are documented and up to date.
- Governance & Documentation: Act as secretary for the steering group, tracking project decisions and actions for project teams and senior leadership.
- Meeting Facilitation: Organize and facilitate tri‑weekly roadmap meetings and prepare agendas for steering group meetings.
- Data Analysis: Provide insights into planning efficiency and team utilization using advanced analytical skills.
- Quality Control: Monitor roadmap input quality and ensure teams adhere to established product development processes.
