Genpact seeks a Data Analyst with strong Business Analysis skills to support data transformation initiatives across Risk, BCBS 239, ESG, Regulatory Reporting, Data Governance and Data Quality. You will collaborate with business, risk, data and technology teams to understand requirements, analyze data, and deliver practical data solutions.

You will gather and document requirements, analyze data sources, map data, and support governance and regulatory reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Data Governance, Risk Data or related areas.
• Experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, data mapping and data quality.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Gather and document business and data requirements.
• Analyse data sources and data flows to identify gaps and improvements.
• Perform data analysis and quality assessments using SQL/Excel and other tools.
• Support data mapping, lineage and process documentation.
• Contribute to BCBS 239 initiatives covering risk data, quality, lineage, governance and reporting.
