Qualifications

• Strong visual judgement and art direction experience.
• Experience as a motion designer with an art direction mindset.
• Solid After Effects skills with timing, framing, and storytelling; Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve a plus.
• Experience creating styleframes, visual systems, and narrative-driven motion.
• Curiosity around AI tools and how they can support creative work.
• Agency experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating concept, craft, and motion.

Responsibilities

• Shape the visual and motion direction of projects from concept to delivery.
• Develop strong creative ideas rooted in narrative, pacing, and visual structure.
• Design and animate high quality motion work across campaigns and formats.
• Define look and feel, styleframes, and motion language for projects.
• Collaborate closely with designers, creatives, and other disciplines.
• Guide motion execution to stay aligned with the original creative intent.
• Stay curious of new tools, references, and techniques across motion and visual design.
