Job summary

Rabobank is seeking an ML Ops Engineer to build and operate production-grade machine learning pipelines for security analytics and threat detection within the Security Operations Centre.

You will deploy, monitor, and optimise models in enterprise environments, collaborating with data scientists and security professionals to keep systems reliable, scalable, and compliant while advancing cyber resilience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ML Ops, ML Engineering, or similar roles.
• Experience deploying and operating ML models in large-scale enterprise production environments.
• Strong experience with CI/CD, automation, cloud-native technologies, and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimise production-ready ML pipelines for advanced cyber security detection and analytics.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and lifecycle management to ensure models remain reliable, performant, and compliant over time.
• Collaborate with data scientists and security professionals to operationalise new ML solutions and improve platforms and tooling.
