ABN AMRO Bank N.V. is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to scale detection and response capabilities in cyber defence. You will design, build and deploy advanced ML solutions, implement Agentic workflows, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to enhance security controls.

Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in data science or related field.
• Min 3+ years in data science or ML.
• Proficient in ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
• Experience with Agentic workflows and ETL on big data.

Responsibilities

• Agentic Workflows: design and implement workflows strengthening security controls.
• Problem Solving: identify problems within Cyber Defence and guide to solutions.
• Data Mastery: ETL large, complex datasets.
• Model Development: apply state-of-the-art statistics and data science techniques.
• Production Deployment: evaluate and deploy models in production.
• Collaboration: communicate results to stakeholders and educate end-users.
• Mentorship: mentor junior team members.
• Knowledge Sharing: host knowledge-sharing sessions.
