Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Data Sharing Manager to lead end-to-end internal and external data sharing requests, ensuring privacy standards and regulatory compliance across multiple countries.

You will supervise vendors for anonymization, act as YODA Project lead, and guide external research teams using J&J data.

Requires a Bachelor's in a science/tech/healthcare field and 5+ years in pharma data, with strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technology, or healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/scientific fields such as biostatistics or clinical programming.
• Strong understanding of data sharing, anonymisation, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Managing all internal and external data sharing requests from initial receipt through final delivery.
• Supervising vendors responsible for data anonymization and synthetization.
• Act as the primary J&J contact for all YODA Project Requests.
• Providing guidance to external research teams utilizing J&J clinical study data.
