Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of HCC Data Management & Technology Operations to lead global data systems and analytics for the Health Care Compliance program. This senior role drives data governance, quality, and integration across regions and functions.

Reporting to the Senior Director HCC Risk Mgmt Strategy & Enablement, the candidate will advance compliance by design, enable transparency reporting, and leverage analytics to detect and remediate risks worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10–12+ years of experience in compliance/data management leadership.
• Fluency in English is required; travel up to 20–30%.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving compliant decision-making in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide global leadership for HCC data management and technology operations across regions.
• Drive modernization of data systems and analytics to support compliance reporting and risk management.
• Lead data governance, quality management, and integration of compliance data into enterprise systems.
• Develop analytics capabilities to identify, monitor, and remediate compliance risks.
• Collaborate with IT, privacy, legal, and business stakeholders to embed 'compliance by design'.
