Job summary

Altum Consulting in The Hague is seeking a Junior Consolidation Controller to support the monthly group consolidation, prepare cash flow forecasts, and contribute to high-quality consolidated reporting in a technology-driven insurance environment.

You will work with ERP systems, drive process improvements, and collaborate with international finance teams to ensure timely and accurate packs while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Masters in Finance/Accounting or related discipline.
• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/RC) preferred.
• Strong foundation in financial accounting and end-to-end finance processes.
• Exposure to group reporting or consolidation environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly group consolidation process with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and consolidate weekly cash flow forecasts from subsidiaries.
• Produce weekly working capital and management reports for board-level insight.
• Maintain corporate entity accounting with monthly variance analysis.
• Review and validate accruals and balances processed by SSC teams.
• Prepare monthly trial balances, balance sheet reviews, and P/L analysis.
