Job summary

Ignite Group seeks an IT Support & Systems Administrator to own IT operations and elevate our support across the Netherlands and Germany. You will handle 1st/2nd level support, device provisioning, and proactive automation to ensure a smooth tech experience for all employees.

The role requires strong M365 admin skills, Intune/Autopilot experience, Windows/macOS management, and willingness to travel between NL and Germany offices. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch or German a plus.

Qualifications

3–5 years hands-on IT support and systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

End-User Support: 1st/2nd level support (on-site and remote)
Ticket & Incident Resolution: ownership from initial contact to final resolution
Workplace Management: desks, workstations, peripherals, and office IT setup
Microsoft 365 Administration: user licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Entra ID
MDM & Hardware Lifecycle: Windows/macOS endpoints onboarding/offboarding, Intune deployment
Security & Compliance: MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint protection, backups
Automation & Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks and automate tasks
Documentation & SOPs: create clear docs and user guides
Vendor & Asset Coordination: liaise with vendors and hardware providers
