Job summary

European Hematology Association in The Hague, Netherlands, offers an internship with the Engagement team to enhance member experience. You will gain hands-on experience in membership operations, stakeholder engagement, CRM systems, governance processes, community development, data analysis, and international association management.

The role requires studying for a relevant degree, strong communication, CRM knowledge (Salesforce/Emma), and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Studying for an MBO/HBO diploma in Management, Public or Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Health Management or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce/Emma Membership).
• Data analysis (Excel, Power BI) and familiarity with online platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and coordination of meetings, workshops, stakeholder calls, and congress-related activities.
• Assist with updating stakeholder contact lists, engagement trackers and CRM-related information.
• Help organize documentation linked to joint projects, Memorandums of Understanding, event participation, and follow-up actions.
• Provide administrative support for communication with external stakeholders and internal teams such as Membership, Specialized Working Groups, and Communications.
• Assist with practical logistics, scheduling, document preparation, and file organization for ongoing Engagement team projects.
