Job summary

LION Protects B.V. in Tilburg, Netherlands is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to prepare commercial and technical quotations for Training Solutions projects. You will support the sales team, qualify leads, and drive tender processes with internal stakeholders.

You will lead in drafting proposals, manage commercial models, and ensure timely submissions while maintaining strong customer focus and English/Dutch language skills.

Qualifications

• In addition to an MBO+ level of working and thinking, you are commercially oriented.
• You have a proven track record in meeting deadlines and achieving commercial targets.
• Experience with public tendering processes is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercially and technically sound quotations and proposals for Training Solutions projects.
• Provide commercial and technical support to the sales organisation; lead qualification & develop the commercial model.
• Lead tender processes with effective stakeholder management across Engineering, Project Management, and Operations.
• Draft technical and commercial proposals and ensure timely submissions.
