Job summary

Xylem in Dordrecht is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to advise customers and prepare technically correct, commercially attractive quotations for repairs, restwork, and spare parts. You will coordinate with the Service Department, Field Service, and Account Managers, documenting all interactions in the CRM system.

This role blends technical insight with commercial drive in a hybrid work environment. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English; strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical or commercial field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare restwork quotations after service inspections.
• Create repair/overhaul proposals and quotations for spare parts.
• Coordinate with Service, Field Service and Account Managers.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
