Partner Company in the Netherlands is seeking an Income Reconciliation Accountant to own income reconciliation across digital platforms and ensure data integrity across systems. You will support audits and enhance reporting quality within a mission-driven organization.

This role emphasizes automation, process improvement, and close collaboration with fundraising and finance teams to maintain reliable financial reporting and robust internal controls.

Qualifications

• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IFRS and international accounting principles desirable.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for complex reconciliations.
• Experience with Sun Accounting or NetSuite preferred.
• Ability to design improved reporting and controls.

Responsabilités

• Oversee income reconciliation across platforms like Stripe, PayPal, Global Payments and BBMS.
• Record revenue transactions, fees, and journal entries; keep CRM data aligned.
• Prepare donor statements and support donor communications and audits.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Assist with audits and period-end close; provide revenue data for management.
• Develop templates, dashboards and automated reporting to improve accuracy.
