Job summary
QED Technologies Europe in Delft, NL, is seeking an Experienced Financial Administrator to own the financial administration and support HR-related activities. You will collaborate with the Finance & HR Manager and colleagues to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.
The role offers a competitive monthly salary, a pension scheme under CAO Metalektro, 27 vacation days plus 13 ADV days, flexible hours, and hybrid working with 1–2 days from home.
Qualifications
- MBO4 / HBO level in finance or administration.
- Experience in financial administration including invoices and monthly closings.
- Proficient with ERP/CRM systems and Excel.
- Accurate, structured and detail-oriented work style.
- Good Dutch and English communication.
Responsibilities
- Process and book incoming purchase invoices.
- Prepare and issue sales invoices.
- Process bank transactions and maintain the financial administration.
- Support monthly closing and recurring journal entries.
- Assist VAT administration and financial reporting.
- Support HR administration, including contracts and records.
- Collaborate with Finance & HR Manager on financial matters.
