Modulr is seeking a CDD Senior Analyst for Introduced Onboarding in Amsterdam. The role focuses on leading CDD/EDD reviews, assessing complex ownership structures, and guiding onboarding decisions in a regulated fintech environment.

You will act as a technical expert, mentor colleagues, and help drive consistent, high-quality risk assessments to improve customer outcomes. In-office work four days a week with opportunities to influence policy and processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in CDD, KYC, KYB or AML in a regulated financial institution or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of UK and EU AML regulations and risk-based CDD.
• Experience assessing complex corporate structures and beneficial ownership arrangements.
• Experience conducting Enhanced Due Diligence on higher-risk customers.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to produce clear risk assessments.
• Experience coaching colleagues in a technical capacity.

Aufgaben

• Conduct CDD and EDD reviews for complex customers and structures.
• Review ownership and source of wealth/funds information.
• Complete sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening and escalate concerns.
• Prepare risk assessments and onboarding recommendations.
• Manage high-risk onboarding cases from review to final decision.
• Provide technical guidance on CDD and financial crime requirements.
• Coach teammates and share knowledge for consistent decision-making.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and give constructive feedback.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Financial Crime, Compliance, Commercial and Operations teams to resolve onboarding matters.
• Support policy changes and continuous improvement initiatives.
