Job summary

Kramp, Europe’s leading supplier of parts and services for the agricultural sector, seeks a Project Manager Category Management based in Varsseveld (NL) with a weekly presence, and with Utrecht or Leek as part of a hybrid policy of 2–3 office days per week.

You will lead end-to-end category processes, governance, and best practices across the Category & Buying teams, collaborating with supply chain, finance, and data teams to drive adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of working experience.
• Proven experience in project or program management within commercial/buying/category management.
• Strong strategic execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Define, set up, and implement end-to-end processes for category excellence.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve governance and category plans.
• Develop tooling and governance around lifecycle management and sourcing strategies.
• Share best practices through workshops and knowledge sharing.
