MSIG Specialty Marine is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our Change & Transformation team in a role that links business, technology and external partners. You’ll gather requirements, map processes and shape data-driven solutions across underwriting, pricing and portfolio management.

As part of a global insurer, you’ll work with senior stakeholders, deliver change across multiple projects and help translate complex needs into practical outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in insurance/regulated environments.
• Strong ability to elicit, document and manage complex requirements.
• Excellent process mapping and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Proven stakeholder management with senior and specialist stakeholders.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes and improvements.
