Vopak Terminal Deer Park Inc. (via Green Energy Storage B.V.) is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale BESS projects in the Netherlands.

Based at our Breda HQ, you’ll own safety, schedule, budget, and quality across multi-disciplinary teams and external partners. You will drive end-to-end project delivery from ready-to-build through construction and handover, coordinating with EPCs, BoP contractors, grid operators, and investors to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or industrial CapEx projects.
• Proven track record in multidisciplinary project delivery, including planning, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with EPC projects, battery storage, grid infrastructure, or renewable energy is a strong advantage.
• Commercial and contractual awareness, with experience in contract management and in supporting tenders and contractor selection.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Willingness to travel between sites, suppliers and contractors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large and complex work packages from ready-to-build through execution, commissioning, handover, and close-out.
• Own safety, planning, budget, and quality for projects.
• Coordinate interfaces between contractors, BoP, grid operators, authorities, and investors.
• Drive decisions and resolve issues to prevent delays.
• Establish and execute the Project Management Plan with schedule and milestones.
• Report progress, risks, decisions to management and investors.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover to operations.
