Job summary

Cosmetic Vision, a boutique cosmetics product development partner, is seeking a (Junior) Product Developer to join our expanding team in Zwaag. You’ll work closely with the Product Director to learn fast and grow into managing your own accounts.

The role blends hands-on product development across skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance, and supplements with a strong emphasis on operational rigor, client communications, and regulatory documentation.

Qualifications

• Early in career with some professional experience; beauty background welcome but not required.
• Affinity for beauty products; organised, reliable, and client-facing.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational backbone: trackers, timelines, briefs, and audit-ready files.
• Develop cosmetic products across skincare, haircare, makeup, fragrance, and supplements.
• Lead client communications, meetings, and reporting.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and master files.
• Coordinate with third-party partners and suppliers.
• Conduct trend research and pitch new ideas.
• Work with AI-tools to research and draft.
• Maintain systems like Monday and Notion.
