Job summary

Neways-Electronics-International-Nv is seeking an Assistant Controller to optimize financial processes, support strategic decisions, and drive automation in a fast-paced high-tech environment.

You will maintain accurate financial administration and assist with reports, budgets, forecasts, and month- and year-end closings, while translating data into clear insights for stakeholders across the organization. This hybrid role offers development opportunities within an international high-tech group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Control, Business Economics, Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage, process, review, and analyze financial data and administration.
• Prepare and support management reports, dashboards, budgets, forecasts, and cost calculations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Prepare VAT and ICP returns.
• Prepare balance sheet and profit & loss statements.
• Prepare audit files and support internal and external audits.
• Identify deviations and translate analyses into concrete improvement actions.
• Improve and automate financial reporting and administrative processes.
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation.
