Job summary

Neways Electronics International NV is seeking an Assistant Controller in the Son area. You will manage financial administration, support monthly closings, and contribute to management reports, budgets, and forecasts.

The role emphasizes automation and process improvements within a high-tech, international environment. The ideal candidate holds a HBO-level finance degree with ERP experience, strong Excel and Power BI skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance & Control or related field.
• Several years of experience in a financial role is preferred; graduates encouraged to apply.
• Sound understanding of financial processes and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (Infor, ISPnext, Prophix, Coupa) is an advantage.
• Excellent Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or Dutch GAAP is advantageous.
• Good command of Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain financial administration and control; support month-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, budgets, forecasts and cost calculations.
• Prepare VAT and ICP returns and CBS reports.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and data models; analyze variances vs budgets.
• Identify process improvements and automate financial reporting.
