Job summary

NewRocket is seeking a hands-on Forward Deployed AI Engineer – Data Intelligence to design, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that connect Claude and other AI technologies with ServiceNow and trusted enterprise data. You will work directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate challenges into production-ready, governed workflows.

The role emphasizes data foundations, RAG, and agentic AI development, with strong Python, APIs, cloud, and data engineering skills.

Qualifications

• Strong Python development experience across data pipelines and API integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering concepts.
• Familiarity with SQL, ETL/ELT, data ingestion and data modeling.
• Hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and search.
• Proficient in Git, version control, testing, and scalable software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI solutions connected to ServiceNow and data sources.
• Develop data intelligence pipelines, ingestion, transformation, and indexing for AI use cases.
• Implement RAG workflows, semantic search, and knowledge management features.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into production systems.
• Ensure security, governance, and observability across data pipelines and AI components.
