We are seeking an HSSEQ Manager who will lead and develop our HSSEQ framework, ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and embed safety, quality and environment across projects and tendering.
CAPE Holland, proudly part of Venterra, is built on six generations of piling expertise and is a market leader in offshore and onshore foundation equipment for the wind, oil and gas, and infrastructure markets.
From our headquarters in Beilen, we manage the complete process in-house: from research and design to engineering, manufacturing, and delivery. This is where ideas are turned into practical, high-performance solutions for some of the most demanding offshore energy projects worldwide.
ALL WAYS DRIVEN is not just a slogan, it reflects how we work. Our offshore projects support critical global energy developments, where strong foundations are essential. We are passionate about piling and continuously improve the performance of pile installation and removal to make operations faster, safer, smoother, and more sustainable.
At CAPE Holland, we are more than equipment specialists — we are solution providers. We think in possibilities and challenge ourselves to find smarter, more practical ways to deliver value in complex offshore environments. This includes research, design, engineering, and hands‑on execution in the field.
We believe in collaboration and long‑term partnerships. We listen, we engage, and we take responsibility for what we deliver. Safety, reliability, and respect for the environment are central to how we work. Because building offshore means building with impact — and that responsibility is taken seriously.
