Job summary

comanos GmbH is seeking an experienced HSE Manager (m/f/x) for a major, long-term freelance project starting in November, with a duration of at least one year.

The role concentrates on ensuring safety across onshore/offshore activities, monitoring contractors, conducting inspections, audits, risk reviews and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include HSE meetings, incident investigations, and close collaboration with multi-contractor teams to uphold Dutch HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Several years of HSE experience in offshore wind or complex construction projects.
• Proven experience in contractor auditing, HSE monitoring and risk management.
• Knowledge of DutchHSE legislation desirable.
