Job summary

Marel in Boxmeer is seeking an experienced Health Safety & Environment Manager to develop safety programs, conduct risk assessments, and foster a secure working environment. The role focuses on supporting the Poultry service organization across multiple sites in EMEA.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years in Health, Safety, and Environment, with knowledge of ISO 45001 and 14001 standards. This position requires excellent English communication skills and offers opportunities for travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health, Safety, and Environment, including 2 years in a service environment.
• Knowledge of international HSE standards and directions.
• Excellent English skills for complex information communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety policies and programs to ensure compliance.
• Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits.
• Investigate incidents and provide recommendations for prevention.
