The People Co. is seeking an experienced Environment, Health, Safety & Hygiene Manager for our Rotterdam facility. This critical role involves driving health, safety, environmental compliance, and hygiene excellence on-site.

The successful candidate will ensure adherence to EHS policies, lead safety initiatives, and maintain the highest hygiene standards within the production environment. A proven track record in EHS roles, particularly in food manufacturing, is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an EHS role within food manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of EU HSE legislation and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing hygiene and pest control within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all HSE policies are adhered to and effectively communicated.
• Monitor EHS compliance across the plant and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct routine site inspections of safety infrastructure.
