Cytiva is seeking a Labour and Employee Relations Specialist to lead complex labour and employee relations matters across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will provide operational, tactical and strategic ER support to the People Partner Team, HR Business Partners, and leaders, aiming to reduce risk and strengthen social partner relationships.

You will collaborate with the Global LER function and Legal/Compliance Centres of Excellence, ensuring legally sound and business-aligned outcomes.

Formación

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, law or related field, with multiple years of ER experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch and Belgium labor law and procedures relating to works councils and labor unions.
• Proven experience supporting reorganisations, restructurings or transformations across a multi-country European scope.
• Experience managing labor relations and negotiating with employee representative bodies; drafting consultation documents.
• Onsite presence in Medemblik/Hoegaarden with fluent English required.
• Experience in regulated, manufacturing or compliance-heavy environments is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert support on complex employee and labour relations matters; coordinate and lead consultation with employee representative bodies.
• Structure and advise People Partners in consultation processes across the region; foster works councils and union relationships.
• Lead LER partnerships for reorganisations, restructurings and transformation initiatives; ensure compliant, business-balanced outcomes.
• Lead workplace investigations and performance management; support disciplinary and grievance processes with legal and compliance teams.
• Escalate complex cases within Cytiva’s HR operating model; drive policy and template improvements for consistency and risk reduction.
