Deutsche Post in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate and timely employee payments. You will handle payroll processing, benefits, taxes and deductions, and support employees with inquiries, while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

You will collaborate with HR and other functions, maintain records, and prepare reports for internal and statutory authorities.

Competenze

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
  • HR or payroll certification is an advantage
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • 2+ years of experience in payroll administration or related HR function
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, taxation, compliance requirements, and HR operations
  • Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and SAP is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to identify issues, solve problems independently
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain payroll topics clearly

Role Purpose

Support and administer payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely employee payments in compliance with payroll procedures, company policies, and local legislative requirements. Contribute to delivering a high-quality payroll service while maintaining data accuracy and supporting employees with payroll-related inquiries.

Key Tasks

Your Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or work experience in a related field.
  • HR or Payroll certification is an advantage.
  • Fluent Dutch and English
  • More than 2 years of experience in payroll administration or a related HR function.
  • Good understanding of payroll processes, taxation, compliance requirements, and HR operations.
  • Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS, and SAP is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify issues, solve problems independently, and escape when necessary.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain payroll-related topics clearly.
