Job summary

The Retail Facilities Intern at KARL LAGERFELD will support the Store Development team in coordinating maintenance, minor works, and contractor activities across Amsterdam retail stores. You will help maintain technical databases, track maintenance data in Excel, and assist with inventory management, health and safety assessments, and project follow-up.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a degree program in facilities or architecture.
• Interest in facilities, procurement, or architecture; administrative/operational focus.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Proactive, eager to learn, with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, minor works, and contractor activities across stores.
• Maintain and develop technical databases, including documentation for catalogs and HVAC assets.
• Track maintenance data in reporting tools like Excel, including cost allocation.
• Support warehouse inventory management.
• Assist with Health & Safety assessments in collaboration with teams.
