INSO, an international NGO Safety Organisation, invites applications for a 16-week, full-time HR administration role based at INSO Headquarters in The Hague, Netherlands. The role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, immigration processes, and health-insurance registrations, supporting staff across headquarters and country offices.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR administration, strong Excel/data skills, and experience with HRIS.
A contract that needs to be ready before deployment. A colleague arriving in the Netherlands who needs help navigating the practicalities. A new joiner who needs more than a welcome email. And a departing colleague whose last experience should be as well organised as their first.
This is the detail behind a well-run international organisation, and where you come in.
