Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills in English.
• Proactive and take ownership of your work and development.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve HR knowledge content.
• Translate feedback insights into practical recommendations and content improvements.
• Review and optimize knowledge articles for clarity, consistency, and usability.
• Convert existing reference materials into searchable, user-friendly knowledge content.
• Support content standardization initiatives and improve writing quality.
• Assess knowledge articles against established quality guidelines and standards.
• Contribute to preparing content for AI-enabled support experiences.
