Job summary

This role emphasizes learning over output, with guidance, feedback, and real responsibilities from day one. You’ll explore HR processes, assist with sourcing and onboarding, and help coordinate events, all while being based in Amsterdam with a few days in the office.

Qualifications

• Studying HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Studies, or related field, or curious about people and processes.
• Curious and eager to understand how things work.
• Enjoys structure, clarity, and improving processes, including admin tasks.
• Cares about people and fairness.
• Willing to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support HR processes design and improvement by assisting the HR team with administration and process optimization.
• Assist Talent Manager with sourcing, filtering, screening and administrative tasks in recruitment.
• Support office management tasks to create a welcoming, organized environment for the team.
• Assist Employee Experience Coordinator with planning and execution of company events, trainings, and team moments.
