Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an HR Generalist - Business Partnering Intern to support our HR team from Amsterdam. You’ll gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration and training.

This full-time internship runs 5–6 months from February 2027, with a minimum of 32 hours per week. You must be enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Law, and be fluent in English.

Qualifications

• Registered in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Labor Law
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Basic skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Ownership, initiative and a proactive personality
• Strong communicator and team player with interest in HR

Responsibilities

• Gain experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and training and development
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Participate in employee engagement activities and events
• Help with data analysis and reporting for HR metrics
• Collaborate on projects related to talent management and development
• Provide project management support to the HR team on talent, culture, and engagement
