Job summary

Merit Maastricht (The Netherlands) serves as the European Headquarters and Distribution Center of Excellence for Merit Medical Systems, Inc. The HR function supports designated client groups, coaching leaders and employees, and ensuring regulatory compliance across the EMEA region.

The role emphasizes data analytics, continuous improvement of HR processes, and collaboration with senior leaders to address organizational transformation and wellbeing initiatives within Merit EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Dutch and English speaking (Essential), French (Preferable).
• Minimum five years general HR experience in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides service and support to designated client groups.
• Counsels and coaches employees and leadership throughout the employment life cycle.
• Analyzes data, reports, and workforce metrics to guide solutions and policies.
• Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day HR management and regulatory compliance.
• Partners with the legal department as needed and required.
• Leads and manages HR projects and contributes to organizational transformation.
