Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Dutch and English speaking essential; French preferable.
• Minimum five years general HR experience.
• Experience in an international commercial environment.
• General knowledge of all facets of the human resource function.
• High level of employee relations experience.
• Ability to interview/select employees at all levels, resolve concerns and obtain employee information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize incisively and demonstrate teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent IT and communication skills including the use of social media, writing, proofing, and editing skills.
• Comfortable with Data analytics, Project Management, Advanced Excel, and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provides service and support to designated client groups throughout the employment life cycle.
• Consults, counsels and coaches employees and leadership on HR topics and policies.
• Facilitates and resolves employee relations issues and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Analyses data, reports and metrics to understand workforce trends and develop HR solutions.
• Leads and manages projects and implements HR initiatives and continuous improvement.
