Job summary

Ignite Next GmbH in Eindhoven, The Netherlands is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to own day-to-day HR operations as the company grows.

You'll manage contracts, payroll coordination, onboarding/offboarding, and employee records while ensuring Dutch labour law compliance and delivering a strong employee experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably in a startup/scale-up/technology environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Dutch Labour law and HR administration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Pragmatic, service‑minded mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
• Willingness to grow with a fast-growing organisation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions develops advanced nanoimprint lithography technology for next-generation applications in AR, AI infrastructure, photonics and bio-applications. To support our continued growth, we're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, help build the HR foundation for the next phase of growth and develop alongside the organisation as it continues to evolve.

This is a visible, on-site role where being close to the team matters. You'll be building relationships, picking up what's happening across the organisation and making sure HR has real impact on the day-to-day business.

It’s an ideal role for an HR professional with around three years of broad HR experience, who enjoys getting things organised, helping people and improving how HR works as the company grows.

Your role
As HR Generalist, you'll be a visible and approachable partner for employees and managers across the organisation. By staying close to the business, you'll help create a positive employee experience while contributing to the continued development of HR at SCIL.

We’re looking for a hands‑on HR professional who gets energy from supporting employees and managers across different aspects of HR and enjoys working in a dynamic environment.

You bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a start-up, scale-up, technology and/or international environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Dutch Labour law and HR administration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A pragmatic, service‑oriented and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A willingness to take ownership, identify opportunities for improvement and grow alongside a fast‑growing organisation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
