Job summary

SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions is seeking an on-site HR Generalist in Eindhoven to own day-to-day HR operations and build the HR foundation for the next growth phase.

You’ll be the visible partner for employees and managers, shaping a positive employee experience and contributing to ongoing HR evolution in a fast‑growing high‑tech company.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Knowledge of Dutch Labour law and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.
• Manage contracts, HR administration and employee records.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits and leave administration.
• Support recruitment activities and work with hiring managers and recruitment partners.
• Organise onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support performance and development processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation and company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.

Location: This role is fulltime onsite at our office in Eindhoven, The Netherlands Hours: 40 hours

SCIL Nanoimprint Solutions develops advanced nanoimprint lithography technology for next-generation applications in AR, AI infrastructure, photonics and bio-applications. As a fast-growing technology company based at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, we’re working with customers around the world to bring innovative technologies to market.

To support our continued growth, we’re looking for a hands‑on HR Generalist who will take ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations, help build the HR foundation for the next phase of growth and develop alongside the organisation as it continues to evolve.

This is a visible, on‑site role where being close to the team matters. You’ll be building relationships, picking up what’s happening across the organisation and making sure HR has real impact on the day‑to‑day business.

It’s an ideal role for an HR professional with around three years of broad HR experience, who enjoys getting things organised, helping people and improving how HR works as the company grows.

Your role

As HR Generalist, you’ll be a visible and approachable partner for employees and managers across the organisation. By staying close to the business, you’ll help create a positive employee experience while contributing to the continued development of HR at SCIL.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a hands‑on HR professional who enjoys working across different aspects of HR and gets energy from supporting employees and managers.

You bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a start‑up, scale‑up, technology and/or international environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of Dutch Labour law and HR administration.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• A pragmatic, service‑oriented and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• A willingness to take ownership, identify opportunities for improvement and grow alongside a fast‑growing organisation.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
