Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam invites a motivated student to join as an Internal Communications intern. You will support the Employee Experience Manager, manage recurring internal communications, and contribute to projects that enhance the employee experience across the Benelux region.

The role offers hands-on responsibilities from day one and opportunities to develop professional skills in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program relevant to Communications, HR, Psychology, Business or Management.
• EU working rights required (EU citizenship or studying at a Netherlands university).
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Create and distribute the biweekly newsletter for 700+ employees.
• Support internal communications and newsletters across the Benelux region.
• Assist the Employee Experience Manager with events, internal comms, and ad hoc projects.

The position

You will support the Employee Experience Manager and work with stakeholders across the Benelux organization. You will own recurring communications and contribute to projects that strengthen the employee's experience.

As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the start. Alongside your day-to-day work, you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills, learn how different functions work together and build relationships across an international business. You are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and bring a fresh perspective. You will receive support from colleagues while being expected to take ownership of agreed projects and deliverables.

What you'll do:

• Create and distribute the biweekly newsletter for more than 700 employees
• Support internal communications and newsletters across the Benelux region
• Report to and support the Employee Experience Manager with events, internal communications, and various ad hoc projects
• Support selected recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interviews

Job requirements:

• Current bachelor's or master's enrolment (preferably in Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Enrolment at a university for the full internship period.
• NOTE: EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying at a university in the Netherlands)

• Duration : 6 months
• Allowance : €625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
