Allianz Benelux is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to assigned business units, delivering comprehensive HR support that blends strategy with operational excellence.

You will collaborate with managers to drive people strategies, enhance employee engagement, and build organizational capability, while partnering with HR Centers of Excellence to provide integrated services.

Qualifications

• Experienced HR professional with strategic HR partnering background and change management.
• Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and data skills; expertise in talent, performance, and workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnering: act as a key player in addressing people challenges and translating business strategies into HR solutions.
• Advisory Role: serve as a strategic advisor in organizational challenges, redesigns, workforce evolution, leadership, culture, and transformation.
• Business Integration: align HR policies with business strategy and secure leadership buy-in.
• Partnership Building: collaborate with senior managers to develop teams and management capabilities.
• Budget & Workforce Management: provide strategic insights to senior leadership with HR data and Finance teams.
• Service Quality: identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR services.
• Inter-Team Collaboration: promote effective communication across HR teams.

Your Profile

You are an experienced HR professional with relevant experience in HR business partnering and in change management. Holding a Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, you possess strong strategic thinking, communication, and data skills. Your expertise includes talent management, performance management, workforce management, leadership development, and learning. You excel in conceptual thinking, interpersonal skills, and have a broad knowledge of HR domains and social legislation. Proficiency in English is essential, with knowledge of Dutch and French.
