You will work on Dutch labor law, absence management, and cross-border HR initiatives, contributing to Trimble's global people strategy while supporting local business goals in a hybrid Netherlands setup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years HR experience focused on employee relations and casework.
• Knowledge of Dutch labor law and Dutch absence management rules.
• Native or fluent Dutch with strong professional English.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a healthy work environment by applying fair investigation and mediation skills to manage dynamic employee relations cases.
• Partner with and coach managers on handling daily leadership opportunities, performance development, and team dynamics.
• Manage local short-term and long-term absence cases to ensure full compliance with Dutch legislation, including Wet Verbetering Poortwachter.
• Collaborate with international HR Centres of Excellence to deliver and implement impactful global people initiatives locally.
• Support local business goals by driving practical HR solutions and talent initiatives across the Netherlands organization.

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
