The position involves payroll liaison, performance management, recruitment support, and coordination of policy administration in a fast‑paced environment. Fluency in English is essential; Dutch is desirable.

Qualifications

  • Degree‑qualified or equivalent preferred.
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English; Dutch is desirable.
  • Experience in the energy sector is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Strong planning and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice to staff and contractors in relation to current policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit data to the external payroll provider, prepare monthly and ad hoc reports, check returned data for completeness and accuracy, and provide monthly reporting to Finance and others as required, including the interface for statutory taxation reporting and payments.
  • Provide information for expatriate tax returns and reporting.
  • Review employee expense claims to ensure compliance with Company policy.
  • Coordinate, administer, and monitor performance evaluations, staff training and development, and coordinate the annual training plan, budget, and forecasts in line with organisational, occupational, and individual training needs.
  • Assist in recruitment and selection.
  • Prepare job offers, arrange pre‑employment medicals, and conduct reference checks.
  • Provide support for immigration activities and maintain accurate records. Conduct inductions.
  • Ensure induction materials are kept up to date.
  • Define and optimise the organisation by ensuring consistency between structure, processes, regulatory documents, and delegations of authority, making best use of specialist technical expertise.
  • Assist with the administration of Occupational Health procedures.
  • Manage the Absence Control Procedure.
  • Administer the Holiday Procedure and maintain associated records.
  • Assist with expatriate staff administration.
  • Coordinate contract management and assist with tender processes for relevant HR contracts.
  • Support grievance and disciplinary processes.
  • Administer all Family Friendly procedures and documentation.
  • Administer HR insurance schemes and participate in the renewal process.
  • Ensure the management of general services activities, guaranteeing quality, effectiveness, and cost control of services provided, including business travel, facilities management, and transportation.
  • Assist with special projects, as required.
  • Ensure full adherence to Company Health, Safety, and Environment policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Comply fully with the company's Code of Conduct, Law 231 principles, and anti‑corruption initiatives.
  • Liaise with the Eni CCUS Holding Head of HR & Services for all HR matters, and with Eni Energy and Eni International Resources Ltd.

We are looking for an HR Advisor to join Eni Netherlands CCUS B.V. in The Hague. You will support the Human Resources processes, while ensuring strict compliance with internal policies, ethical standards and regulatory requirements. You will also act as a key point of contact for employees and managers, maintaining accurate HR data and documentation, and enabling smooth, consistent, and compliant HR operations across the organisation.

About Eni Netherlands CCUS B.V.

Eni Netherlands CCUS B.V. has the ambition to be a key CCS player in the Netherlands and plays an integral role in the Aramis Value Chain via its L10-CCS project. With a total storage capacity of approximately 100 MT, it is currently the largest Co2 store in the Dutch North Sea. L10-CCS is aiming to start Co2 injection for storage by 2030 and is a key infrastructure in the Dutch energy landscape, playing an essential role for decarbonisation of North West Europe, particularly with regards to hard-to-abate sectors.

Main Responsibilities:
