Job summary

Soho House Amsterdam is seeking an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. You’ll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas, conducting daily spot checks and supporting the Housekeeping Manager.

This hands‑on leadership role includes training and motivating the team, assisting with planning and organisation, and occasionally performing cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards.

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced and outgoing Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Soho House Amsterdam. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the highest standards across our bedrooms and public areas.

You’ll conduct daily spot checks to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met. Supporting the Housekeeping Manager, you’ll help train, develop, and motivate the team, while also assisting with planning and organisation. This is a hands‑on role, so you’ll occasionally support with cleaning duties alongside administrative responsibilities.
