Qualifications

• Experience in hotels or hospitality roles with a guest-first attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Able to lead and motivate a housekeeping team while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott standards.
• Train, guide and coach team members to uphold quality, hygiene and efficiency.
• Coordinate cleaning tasks, manage materials and time-tracking, and drive improvements.
• Ensure safe use of cleaning materials and equipment and maintain inventory.
