Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Badhoevedorp. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead and develop a proactive team, and ensure rooms and public areas meet Marriott’s high cleanliness standards.

The role requires morning and evening shifts with flexibility, within a dynamic, international hotel environment. A supportive coach is provided along with career opportunities within the Corendon group.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a similar hospitality, hotel, or restaurant role.
• Service‑oriented and able to enjoy social interaction.
• Well‑groomed and professional appearance.
• Team‑first mindset with ability to work independently.
• Good command of English, spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the housekeeping team.
• Supervise cleaning of guest rooms and public areas to Marriott standards.
• Manage materials, equipment, and supply inventories.
• Handle admin tasks like usage reports, maintenance requests, and time tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement through reviews and training.
• Work mornings and evenings with schedule flexibility.
• Act as liaison between housekeeping and hotel management.
