Corendon Hotels & Resorts invites you to join The College Hotel in Amsterdam as a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead a team, and ensure Marriott’s high cleanliness and service standards while maintaining Corendon’s warm, personal touch.

You will train and coach staff, manage supplies and time tracking, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires morning and evening shifts and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in similar hotels/restaurants or positions.
• Service-minded and hospitable with a professional appearance.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
• Manage daily housekeeping tasks and ensure Marriott cleanliness and quality standards.
• Train, guide, and coach team members to achieve high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency.
• Oversee inventory of materials and handle administrative tasks such as usage reports and time tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement within the housekeeping department.
