Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its team in Badhoevedorp. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, lead and develop a proactive team, and ensure rooms and public areas meet Marriott’s high cleanliness standards.

About the Role

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Corendon Village Hotel Amsterdam, a 4‑star hotel located in Badhoevedorp. The hotel offers more than 680 rooms, suites, studios, and apartments across three wings: Plaza, Apartments, and Urban.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by overseeing and managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
• Lead, motivate, and coach the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team spirit and open communication.
• Supervise and coordinate the cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring compliance with Marriott’s high cleanliness and quality standards.
• Oversee the supply and inventory of cleaning materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring efficient and cost‑effective operations.
• Handle administrative tasks such as usage reports, maintenance requests, and time tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement within the department through process reviews and staff training.
• Work mandatory morning and evening shifts and maintain schedule flexibility.
• Act as a liaison between the housekeeping team and hotel management, reporting on performance and requirements.
